1. Detailed Description of Goods and/or Services

EXHiBiT Gifting & Decor is a business in the retail industry that sources and supplies premium home decor, ceramics, home fragrances, diffusers, lifestyle items, and curated gifting products.

2. Delivery Policy

• Subject to availability and receipt of payment, requests will be processed within 1–3 business days.

• Delivery fulfillment is handled via reliable courier services, with real-time tracking integration powered by Bob Go.

• Delivery timeframes generally range between 2–5 business days depending on the destination within South Africa.

• We offer a shipping fee for standard deliveries, and free shipping applies automatically to orders meeting or exceeding a basket value of R5000.

3. Return and Refunds Policy

The provision of goods and services by EXHiBiT Gifting & Decor is subject to availability. In cases of unavailability, EXHiBiT Gifting & Decor will refund the client in full within 30 days.

• Damaged Items: Due to the fragile nature of ceramics and glassware, any items damaged during transit must be reported with photographic evidence to info@exhibitdecor.co.za within 24 hours of receipt for a replacement or refund.

• Returns: Cancellation of orders by the client will attract a 10% administration fee if the order has already been packaged or dispatched. Returns of unwanted, unused goods in their original packaging must be initiated within 7 days of delivery at the customer’s expense.

4. Customer Privacy Policy

EXHiBiT Gifting & Decor shall take all reasonable steps to protect the personal information of users. For the purpose of this clause, “personal information” shall be defined as detailed in the Promotion of Access to Information Act 2 weeks (PAIA) and the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA).

5. Payment Options Accepted

Payment may be made via Visa, MasterCard, Diners, or American Express cards, or by bank transfer (Instant EFT) into the EXHiBiT Gifting & Decor bank account, the details of which will be provided at checkout.

6. Card Acquiring and Security

Card transactions will be acquired for EXHiBiT Gifting & Decor via PayFast (Pty) Ltd, who are the approved payment gateway for all South African Acquiring Banks. PayFast uses the strictest form of encryption, namely Secure Socket Layer 3 (SSL3) and no Card details are stored on our website. Users may go to www.payfast.co.za to view their security certificate and security policy.

7. Customer Details Separate from Card Details

Customer details will be stored by EXHiBiT Gifting & Decor separately from card details which are entered by the client on PayFast’s secure site. For more detail on PayFast, refer to www.payfast.co.za.

8. Merchant Outlet Country and Transaction Currency

The merchant outlet country at the time of presenting payment options to the cardholder is South Africa. Transaction currency is South African Rand (ZAR).

9. Responsibility

EXHiBiT Gifting & Decor takes responsibility for all aspects relating to the transaction including sale of goods and services sold on this website, customer service and support, dispute resolution, and delivery of goods.

10. Country of Domicile

This website is governed by the laws of South Africa and EXHiBiT Gifting & Decor chooses as its domicilium citandi et executandi for all purposes under this agreement, whether in respect of court process, notice, or other documents or communication of whatsoever nature, Johannesburg, South Africa.

11. Variation

EXHiBiT Gifting & Decor may, in its sole discretion, change this agreement or any part thereof at any time without notice.
